The story starts here in Tulum, Mexico, having a vision of unity and connection.

We are friends based in Tulum who came to this land seeking personal growth and in this path we discovered and explored different Holistic therapies.

Healing the self involves awareness, presence, tuning in with nature and understanding that the alignment starts happening when the senses, mind, thoughts and  intuition are all in harmony honoring with gratitude your heart, your body, the land, the elements.

These therapies have helped us to self heal and expand the consciousness,  through praying,  and aligning our intention to the elements, some of the other techniques are through meditation, yoga, cleansing the body,  fasting, Sound Ancestral Healing, Cacao Ceremonies, Full moon and New Moon Meditations, Water Sound therapy, Women Circles, Temazcales,  mayan therapeutic massages, Herbal medicine and flowers bath, aromatherapy massage and more, all mostly connected with Nature

We are connected to the Mayan land and the local Mayan community and we want you to take back with you something very special, which is the awareness and connection to your inner self,  acknowledging your senses through ancestral Mayan medicines, Ancestral Sounds, and basically feeling the Jungle within

We believe it's all about understanding your own responsibility of doing this work in silence , feeling present, connected to the Elements and the Mayan land  feeling in tune with nature, rejuvenated, fresh, aligned and in peace by having these experieces we will be able to start making changes within and then to our surroundings
